Complaints Procedures

If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received please let us know.

We continually strive to ensure that the care you receive is of the highest quality. When there has been cause for concern we will acknowledge our shortcomings and aim to rectify things as quickly as possible. We are committed to use the lessons learnt to improve the quality of our services accordingly.

You should address your concern in writing to Dr. Kenny, Director of Heartscan. She will make sure that your concerns are dealt with promptly and in the correct way.
